What's the twist you may be thinking... well if you've already tried my twisted bolognese then you already know and if you haven't where have you been?! I'll just give you a cheeky link to that recipe here because if you love this lasagne, you're 100% going to love that too! https://www.nikkisroadtohealth.com/roadtohealth/twisted-bolognese
Anyway back to the recipe in hand, if you don't already know, I cannot tolerate red meat and if you've been following me (if not. https://www.instagram.com/freefrom_roadtohealth/ . ) you will know I i've been experimenting with different mince and i'm currently loving pork mince, sooo the twist to this lasagne is pork mince in place of the beef mince and my god, it works!
Here's how you make this delicious gooey mess:

Ingredients:
Pyrex dish
6+ (depending on how large your dish is) gluten free lasagne sheets
Home made white sauce... find the recipe here : https://www.nikkisroadtohealth.com/roadtohealth/free-from-white-lasagne-sauce
1 400g tin; chopped tomatoes
1 pack pork mince
Garlic infused oil
Salt and Pepper
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Turmeric
1 1/2 tbsp Gluten free soy sauce
1 tbsp Tomato puree
Method:
Preheat oven to 180
Heat a little Garlic infused oil in a large wok
Add all of the pork mince, a little salt and pepper and cook through
Drain juices and fat from the pan and return to heat
Add the chopped tomatoes
Add the paprika, turmeric and gluten free soy sauce
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins
Line the pyrex dish with lasagne sheets and load 1/2 the mince ontop
Pour over a generous serving of white sauce
Add another layer of lasagne sheets, mince and then white sauce
Finally add a final layer of lasagne sheets and pour over the remaining white sauce
Heat in oven for 30 mins
Serve and enjoy!
