This is an in interesting one! But really was delicious.
I had forgotten to get any meat out the freezer for dinner so I had to try and make something with what I had. What did I have? Tuna. That was all I had as a base for a meal.
I didn't want to just have tuna and pasta....AGAIN so I started thinking and got a little creative.
I realised I had recently bought some gluten free lasagne sheets and I had all the ingredients to make up a gluten free white sauce ....Tuna lasagne? will that work? is that a thing?! well I figured that it could work as essentially its just tuna and pasta right?
I took to pinterest to see if anyone had made it before, and indeed .. they had!
So, knowing It wasn't entirely unusually I set to work in the kitchen making my own recipe, and I was very pleased with the result!
Give it a try, you will love it!

Ingredients:
Gluten free lasagne sheets
4 x tin of tuna
Basil
Gluten free flour - 1tbsp
Rice milk (or milk alternative) - half a pint
Dairy free butter - 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Dairy free cheese
Method:
Melt the butter In a pan, add flour and mix to form a roux
Add the milk and continuously stir until the sauce becomes thick and set aside
Line a dish with lasagne sheets
Mix tuna, basil and mayonnaise together in a bowl
Pour a thin layer of sauce over the lasagne sheets and add a layer of tuna
Add a thicker layer of sauce over the tuna
Add another layer of lasagne sheets and repeat the above steps until you have as many layer of lasagne as you wish
