This is a simple recipe, making sushi is much easier than you think! You can add a seaweed wrap if you wish just to make it that bit more sushi-ish!

So... here's what you need!
Ingredients:
60g dry risotto rice
1 tin of tuna
2 slices of cucumber
Mayonnaise
Smoked salmon
Method:
Add risotto rice to a pan and cover with boiling water, let simmer for 10 mins or until the rice has absorbed all the water
Finely dice up the cucumber and in a bowl mix with the tuna and mayonnaise
Find a small, round dish or container (I used a sauce serving dish)
Put a layer of tuna in the bottom of the dish
Add a layer of risotto rice
Turn the dish over on a plate and it should fall out ( if it doesn't carefully use a knife around the outsides of the dish to release it a little)
Repeat until all of the rice is gone, don't forget to replace the tuna with smoked salmon too!
