Prawn Linguine

This prawn linguine was a quick throw together meal that turned out to be much more than I expected! It is perfect if you want some comfort food or a quick and easy meal.

Serves 1
Ingredients :
60g free from spaghetti
1tbsp dairy free butter
Dash of rice milk
Dairy free cheese
Handful of cooked prawns
Method:
Boil a pan of water and add the spaghetti for ten minutes or until cooked, set aside
Melt the butter in the pan and add the splash off milk (literally just a splash!)
Add as much dairy free cheese as you like depending on how cheesy you want the dish and stir until the cheese has melted into the sauce
Add the spaghetti and prawns and mix together with the sauce, heating through slowly
Serve
