KFC Style Chicken

I don't think I've met a single person who doesn't enjoy an occasional KFC. Unfortunately a nice little drive through just isn't going to work for those of us who are intolerant to gluten :(

But fear not! Because I have created a recipe that you can follow to create a very similar tasting version! So keep reading and i'll show you how to make the perfect KFC alternative.


You can use any part of a chicken you want really, use a whole one if you want to! I just used chicken breast so adapt the cooking time accordingly.


Ingredients:

  • 100g gluten free flour

  • 3tsp paprika

  • 2 tsp thyme

  • pepper and salt (add to taste)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into chunks (or however much you need for the amount of people you're feeding)

  • cooking oil of your choice
