Chicken Lasagne Roll Ups

Who doesn't love a hearty dish for dinner?! These chicken lasagne roll ups are delicious, comforting and filling! Here's what you will need:


Ingredients

  • 6 + (depending on the size of your dish) Gluten free lasagne sheets

  • Chicken breast

  • Chopped tomato's or a jarred tomato and herb sauce

  • Free from white lasagne sauce (or make your own!)

Method:

  1. Add your 6 lasagne sheets to a pan of boiling water with a little added oil to stop them sticking and cook for 5-10 minutes until they are soft, drain and put to one side

  2. Dice your chicken and fry in a little oil until no longer pink (you can do this while your lasagne sheets are cooking)

  3. Add about 1/4 of both the tomato and white sauce to the bottom of a glass dish

  4. Lay your lasagne sheets flat on a a surface and fill them all with just enough chicken so you can roll them up

  5. ....you guessed it.. roll up those lasagne sheets!

  6. Place your rolled up sheets in the dish on top of the sauce until the dish is full

  7. Go to town and cover them with the rest of the sauce in both jars or whats left of your home made

  8. It should look something like this:


9.Top with cheese or dairy free cheese

10.Bake in the oven at 200 for 30 mins

11.Serve and enjoy!
