BBQ Fajita Bowl

I had recently purchased fodyfoods BBQ sauce and was really looking forward to trying it! It is lowfodmap, gluten free and dairy free and adds so much flavour to this dish, You can buy it online from https://fodmarket.co.uk/ or https://fodyfoods.co.uk/. I highly recommend these sites if you're following the lowfodmap diet, there are so many products you can use to add flavours to meals and not upset IBS symptoms.
If you're suffering with gastritis I would avoid this sauce for now as it contains tomatoes and therefore is acidic, however now my gastritis is healing I am able to have a small amount of tomatoes so this was fine for me.


Serves 2
Ingredients
1 Muffin tray
Two gluten free wraps (you can also use corn wraps if they contain no gluten)
1 large or 2 small chicken breasts, diced
1 tsp paprika
Fodyfoods BBQ sauce (as much as you like!)
Sprinkle of dairy free cheese
Vegetable oil
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
Turn a muffin tray upside down, brush both sides of the wraps with vegetable oil and place the wraps between the bumps of the muffin tray to form a bowl.
Place in the oven for about 6 minutes until the wrap is starting to crisp
Add a dash of oil to a frying pan and cook the diced chicken until the chicken begins to brown and is no longer pink in the middle
Add the paprika and bbq sauce to the chicken and coat
Remove chicken from the heat, fill the wraps with the chicken and top with dairy free cheese
Return to the oven for 5-10 mins, until the cheese is melted
Remove from the oven and serve
